Tuesday's Replacement Workout

Michael moved yesterday’s session to this morning as he had to attend a funeral rite for one of his extended family member. In any event, I wouldn’t have been able to do much yesterday after falling off the pole on Sunday – nothing major but the left arse and hip was sore and aching until last night.

Supersets of:
a) Technogym double handle lat pull down
b) Cybex seated back row
c) Combo of DB deadlift and bend over back row

Supersets of:
d) LF cable chest press
e) Push ups
f) Lying down DB chest fly

Supersets of:
g) Cybex leg press
h) Leg extension
i) Nautilus shoulder over head press

Supersets of:
j) LF cable iron bar upright row
k) Cybex Eagle Abdominal

We should be working on functional training sets tomorrow.
