I was not expecting much and in fact was prepared for a poor showing after yesterday’s mild cough progressed to a midnight severe hacking. However, I surprised myself when I found myself doing relatively well in a few exercises.

a) LF squats
b) Plate loaded leg press
c) DB pullover
d) Seated calf raises

e) DB chest press
f) Decline / raised legs on bench push ups
g) Decline chest press
Supersets of:
h) BB clean-and-jerk
i) LF low back row
j) DB lateral raise
We finished today’s session with abs crunches on the fitball at the Personal Training Area.
