Hey, the title rhymes! It was functional training this morning and we used the two oval “pillow” balls (yup, it’s been quite a while since we last saw each other!).
Supersets of:
a) DB squats
b) DB overhead shoulder press
c) Combo of single arm DB lateral raise and single arm DB frontal raise
d) DB clean-and-jerk
e) Static lunges with front leg on Busu and back leg on oval “pillow” balls
f) BB chest press lying on fitball and legs on Busu
g) Chin-ups on True Stretch
Supersets of:
h) Push ups balancing on oval “pillow” balls and Busu
i) Abs crunches on fitball
