Free Weights Friday!

I get the title headers of my training posts from the first word or sentence that Michael spews out in the morning! Really, I kid you not! I should really stop giving him “heart attacks” or surprising him – I biked this morning instead of cross training on the elliptical.

a) Precor double hand shoulder overhead press
b) Combo of DB frontal raise and lateral raise

Supersets of:
c) Smith machine lunges
d) Hack squats
e) Plate loaded leg press
f) Jumping jacks/squats

Supersets of:
g) Smith machine incline chest press
h) DB single arm bend over back row

Supersets of:
i) BB bicep curl
j) Lying down leg raises
