I had fun during Richard's class this morning. For some odd reason, today's session felt so liberating - perhaps it was because I could manage most of the asanas versus Tuesday evening's struggle and this time, I took off the tubigrip. Since Thursday, I have only been using it for my gym workouts - it is about time I get my muscles moving.
Oh don't get me wrong, there are still more than a few asanas which I had to sit out - those that required jumping (or in Richard's words, floating) or bending my toes or forefoot e.g. chaturanga and vinyasa flow in between the asanas.
It's a shame that the studio does not have evening classes on Sundays. That would be a perfect ending to my weekends.
