Friday's Workout

It was back to resistance training after Wednesday’s functional training. The cardio session thereafter was curtailed substantially since I am still in recovery mode (yes, it suits me nicely and I’ll use it whenever I want!).

Supersets of:
a) Seated low row
b) Cable mid height row

Supersets of:
c) Cybex incline chest press
d) DB chest press

Supersets of:
e) Nautilus eagle chest press
f) Shoulder overhead press

Supersets of:
g) Leg press
h) Prone leg curl
i) DB lateral raise

Supersets of:
j) Abs – push forward
k) Abs – crunches on machine
