Almost back to the groove

This morning’s workout more or less confirms that we are slowly but surely getting back to business. Michael put me through the paces with the Life Fitness leg press – my heart nearly skipped a beat when he walked towards that machine; I probably had my wide eyed look too.

Supersets of:
a) Nautilus overhead shoulder press
b) Nautilus lateral raise
c) Cybex rear delt row

Supersets of:
d) LF leg press
e) Prone leg curl
f) Free standing BW squats

Supersets of:
g) Cable combo of chest press and chest fly
h) Combo of push ups and DB back row

We finished off with some crunches before I headed for the showers (Michael came in a bit later and hence I did my cardio before the training).
