The weather was nice and cool when we started the session, really perfect for running but unfortunately I was in recovery mode and hence wasted an opportunity to better my timing. Anyway, I enjoyed the run since there was no pressure to push ahead. I started at the back with Lai and Fiona who were also in recovery mode – our pace was about 6 min/km. As I was not too fatigued, I upped the pace slightly after the first km and pretty much ran on my own for the rest of the session. In the end, it was 52:08 minutes for 9.2 km (or more accurately 9.15 km according to the Garmin).
