My quads are still aching from Wednesday’s double workout; hence, it was a short and slow recovery run this morning. I completed two and a bit more loops around Lake Gardens for a 4.90km. I also scrapped the idea of incorporating interval trainings at the end of the run since I did not think I could manage any decent timing.
It also looks like my back muscles are going the way of my legs but the impact should hopefully be minimal – I am not known to get achy backs from workouts. Perhaps I should not have posted that; it just may come back to haunt me this weekend!
