Thursday's workout

I woke up feeling crummy after yesterday’s intense trainings. My quads were screaming at me and I took 20 minutes to get out of bed after the initial alarm went off at 540 am. Since we had a session yesterday, I did not expect Satish to turn up this morning but he did and we a back-bicep combo. We typically kick off backs with pull ups or chin ups which I unconditionally and unreservedly detest to the max! Thank goodness it was limited to three sets of 12 reps. We wrapped up the session with barbell bicep curls, preacher curls and rope curls. I am probably going to knock off early again tonight…if the Internet does not stop me.
