Chest and Triceps Day

Amazingly I woke up feeling fresh with not a hint of going back to sleep like I’ve been feeling for the past couple of weeks. Despite this, I only physically got up at 6 and made my way to the gym. The gym is in a bit of a mess now; that’s mildly putting it – Celebrity Fitness is renovating the place and cardboard partitions are abound.

It was a chest and tricep workout and it can be a bit discerning locating the equipment which are now spread out over 2 floors since the main hall has been sectioned off for the renovation work.

We began with a chest press on the Smith machine followed with
  • DB close grip chest press
  • DB chest fly superset with bench push ups
  • Cable cross chest press
  • Dips
  • Cable pull together for chest
  • Cable tricep press
  • Angled tricep press on machine
  • Crunches on cable machine
