I held back on the cardio this morning and did a half-strength cross training on the Precor machine before proceeding to a session with Satish. I’m taking a new resolution (yeah, among the many I’ve made and promptly ignored!) for Thursdays’ workouts – pulling back on the intensity to conserve my energy for the Adidas Running Community Run later in the evening.
We did backs today:
- BB Deadlift (0, 25 lbs, 35 lbs, 45 lbs, 45 lbs – 12-15 reps)
- Chin ups (4 sets of 12 reps)
- Pulldown
- Seated cable row
- DB single arm row
- Superset of Cable fly and DB reverse fly
- Hoist machine crunch
