Wednesday’s short run

Did a short 4.573km this morning before proceeding to the gym for a leg-and-shoulder workout. Ran a little bit faster than I had planned – which is probably unsustainable for a 10km, unless there’s a pacer. Oh I wish they have pacers for short runs like 10km. Definitely helpful for first timers or beginners.
