Will probably be walking like a crab crawling across the sand tonight and tomorrow. Did some heavies on the legs this morning:
Squats on the Smith Machine (80-100 lbs maybe? I didn't dare look)
Leg Presses (400 lbs)
Lunges (20 kgs dumbell)
Prone Leg Curl
Legs are always my most hated but I gotta build up my legs. Sigh...vanity.
