If only time skips Wednesdays. Look at it this way, you’re at neither end of the work week. Of course, being at the end of the spectrum is best but let’s go with this. Ok, you win…I’ve a more “sinister” agenda other than the office.
It’s Legs Day! After this morning’s workout, all I wanna do is sit back (if this was even possible with the sore glutes) and entertain myself by the pool side or beach. Home and bed comes a close second!
Supersets of:
a) Cybex plate weight loaded leg squat press (nothing like getting this outta way)
b) Smith machine squats (sometimes not knowing or counting the plate weights is a “blessing” just so you don’t set yourself up for failure or a cardiac, whichever comes first) (dropsets)
Supersets {and doubles} of:
c) KB walking lunges
d) DB static raised lunges (oh yeah, used the higher bench since the other one was occupied; I had a feeling the stars were “aligned” in my favour this morning)
Supersets of:
e) LF leg extension (can’t decide if this was worse vis-à-vis the Technogym; worse being defined as “better workout, heavier etc”; stars were definitely "aligned") (dropsets)
f) Cybex prone leg curl
Supersets of:
g) Ab crunches on fitball
h) DB bicep curl on Bosu (mighty proud of myself for suggesting doing it on the Bosu!)
