Happy Birthday HTN!
Evening started with dinner at HRC – Cecil iced tea; Texan burger and Pulled chicken burger for them while I had the parsley pasta (yeah, go ahead and laugh…ordering pasta in a burger joint!?!?). Stole some onion rings and baked beans from SW & HTN.
Always an agony waking up to Reality Monday and it hit hard. Which is why you should schedule your rest day on Mondays! No point distressing yourself with a tough run coz misery loves misery. Oh yeah, don’t forget, the protesting hips from yesterday’s long hills. Not that they let me forget. Pretty much took myself to bed at 10, laid starfish (that was the only or most comfortable position) and wondered if I’ll ever wake up this morning!
At least it was Backs & Lats this morning. If. That. Is. Any. Consolation.
Thought not too.
