Shoulders & Delts Day

The legs received a bit of a leeway this morning since the calf is still swollen; hence the Shoulders & Delts workout and don’t anyone say that working on the smallest muscle group is wimp-ish! I can assure you that when you work with Michael, nothing is close to within waving hands of “easy”.

Single sets of (with dropsets, no less):
a) Smith machine overhead shoulder press (nothing like double incremental, eh?)
b) Single arm DB lateral raise
c) Single arm DB overhead shoulder press (more than a progressive overload here, me thinks)

Supersets of:
d) Technogym cable rear delt row (things going “swimmingly well” for the first few reps…figure out the rest of the story yourself)
e) DB bendover rear delt row (nothing like burning shoulders/rear delts)

Supersets of:
f) Abs crunches on fit ball
g) Technogym cable upright row (this is probably one of my fav and that’s coz I could do it although Michael commented to Adrian that my fav is lunges. That’s a lie! I only do double lunges because it works aka massacres my quads and glutes like no tomorrow!)

In other less “depressing” news, look what I received from Unc W Sum on his recent trip home!
