Covered Backs/Lats & Chest/Pecs this morning. DOMS-ing now.
a) Smith machine incline chest press
b) BB bendover row (since I was having so much “fun”, the weight went up exponentially!)
c) Smith machine bench chest press (not sure why we’re reversing the order these past few weeks; probably to throw in a “surprise”?)
d) LF cable low row (went up to a new weight; this of course this doesn’t necessarily translate into being able to do it “correctly”; BTW, this was the one that “killed” the back – I love DOMS)
e) Hammer Strength MTS decline chest press
f) Hammer Strength MTS rear delt row (oh wow…still can’t do it!)
g) LF Dual Adjustable Pulley chest fly (this is the point when fatigue sets in and it becomes a mammoth task to even do the drop sets)
h) LF Dual Adjustable Pulley reverse pull (see comment above)

i) Wheels! Roller Abs on the go. Raised knee on sandbag.
