Starting Anew – 14-Day Challenge: Day 3

Day off for strength training unless you count walking the hills as one. Yeah, that’s about all I can do at the moment – walk, walk, walk. No jogging, no running. Plus DOMS is here – glutes, quads, shoulders, lats.

Today’s workout:
a) Walking the Taman Desa Seputeh hills
b) Cross training on the elliptical
c) Abs crunches

I’ve an out-of-office work event this afternoon and should be able to get home early (fingers doubly crossed) for a home yoga self practice before dinner.
