Taking a break from running until the end of the month to work on strength building and to mix things up a bit. The legs have been overworked and overused with running and cross training in the past week – hence the strained hip flexor. Michael came back on Monday night and we decided to get back into the game today with a Back/Lats & Biceps workout:
