Here are some pics from my weekend getaway in Kuching and the run.
Getting away from the haze in KL and greeted by bright skies in Kuching.
Now, how can you not sit back and relax in a sanctuary like this? Yes, nestled in a city.
Partake in “nutritious” snacks: crispy prata, yam cake with “choy poh” (preserved vegetable) and the uber-long-queue-wait-but-so-totally-worth-it cendol.
Oh yes, the run…lest we forget this. Start and finish at The Spring – the first 21km in Kuching in 6(?) years.
All this combined made for a difficult to get out of bed and put in a “Backs & Lats” session this morning. What gives, right?

a) BB deadlift
b) LF cable lat pull down (close grip)
c) Precor T-bar row
d) LF cable low row (medium grip)
e) DB single arm back row
f) Technogym cable criss cross rear delt (which I FINALLY understood how I was supposed to do it!)
g) Free-standing pull-ups on True Stretch (er total fail on the last set since Michael wanted me to try a wider aka more difficult grip)
h) Abs on roller
