I opened WIDE my BIG mouth this morning and told Michael that I wasn’t sore after Sunday’s workout and he promptly changed this morning’s planned back workouts to chest-and-back. We were both surprised at how it turned out since we did go heavy on Sunday. One of those things that happened. And so, this morning, we worked on:
4 Supersets of:
a) Smith machine bench chest press
b) DB chest press
4 Supersets of:
c) Nautilus Nitro Plus incline chest press
d) Nautilus Nitro Plus chest fly
Single sets of:
e) Cybex low row
f) Technogym cable back pressdown with iron bar
Supersets of:
g) Freestanding pull-ups
h) Leg raises
And since we had some time and since today’s session is to beat the muscles into pulp, single set of:
i) DB bendover back row
We’ll see if I can lift my arms, move my chest and back tonight although early results of the former is positive (or negative depending on how you see it) i.e. I had trouble changing after my shower this morning. I’m also feeling a slight twinge in my lats sitting and typing this now.
