The Weekend that was

Had a pretty awesome weekend and that makes it 2 weekends in a row in KL. That should be somewhat a record given the travelling in the past few months. Saturday morning began with a slow easy run covering the Double Hills with Malcalm followed by the Sri Garden’s 20th Anniversary Charity Run and Jeff’s wedding dinner on Sunday.

Michael and I worked on chest and pecs this morning and threw in a bicep and abs workout at the end.

4 Supersets of:

a) BB bench chest press

b) DB incline chest press

c) LF cabe chest fly

d) BB decline chest press

e) Free standing dips

f) Push-ups with the last set being the decline version

Single sets of:

g) Seated DB bicep curl

h) Leg raises
