Regular Programming

It was back to regular programming this morning with Michael back from his extended holidays. Boy, you can’t believe how one week of hiatus can leave your muscles puny! Just 2 supersets and I was done for the day! Unfortunately, that was just the midpoint of the session and there were more to come.

4 Supersets of:

a) Smith machine bench chest press

b) DB bench chest press

4 Supersets of:

c) Smith machine incline chest press

d) DB incline chest fly

Supersets of:

e) Freemotion dual cable cross chest fly into chest press

f) Nautilus chest press (died-ed here even on the negatives so Michael decided we should move on to biceps)

Single sets of:

g) Precor bicep curl

h) Reverse abs crunches
