Hi guys! Just got into Singapore about 2 hours ago and have been lounging around. Yes, being lazy but hey it's the weekend and it's my big day today...so I think I can afford to indulge. Not up to putting up a 5-a-day post but regular programming will resume next week.
Michael got in late today and by the time he did, his next appointment came in. I headed over to ToastBox for a slice of what else...peanut butter toast coz I was famished and it'll be another 2 hours before I could get something in (1 hour with his other client and then my one hour slot).

f) Nautilus Nitro Plus overhead shoulder press
g) DB frontal raise
h) Precor bicep curl
i) Precor tricep press down
Single sets of:
j) Leg raises
