My legs-and-shoulders day turned out to be a pull-up back-legs-shoulders day! Michael is getting sneaky these days but I can’t complain too much since it is for my own good, right? Le sigh…starting the day with pull-ups. Not much time to do up a proper post even though I do have some thoughts on some subjects.

a) Free standing pull-ups
b) Combo of standing DB hammer curl and overhead shoulder press
Single sets of:
c) Technogym leg press (4 sets baby!)
d) Cybex prone leg curl
e) Technogym leg extension
f) Nautilus Nitro overhead shoulder press
g) DB lateral raise
h) Technogym cable rear delt (my left shoulder were too shox to do more than 12 reps)
i) Leg raises
j) DB bicep curl
