V-Day Workout

Happy Valentine’s Day guys! We started the day with a back-and-chest combo. It was a slightly intense session but I survived!

a) LF lat pull down

b) Cybex chest press

Supersets of:

c) Nautilus Nitro chest fly

d) Technogym low row

Supersets of:

e) LF assisted pull-ups/chin-ups

f) DB bendover back row

Supersets of:

g) Technogym cable chest fly

h) Pushups

Supersets of:

i) Cybex Eagle Abdominal

j) Precor camber curl (I finally out the name of the machine!)
