It was a busy morning with a meeting scheduled in town and then it was onto Taman Seputeh or nearby to pick up the race pack (actually it’s just a cotton tee and the bib) for the TIBI Run 2010 (TIBI). I am super unprepared for the TIBI and am just going to take it as another hill training run (since it will be held at Padang Merbok/Bukit Tunku area). My quads, hamstrings, inner thighs…oh well, just about the entire leg were so sore on Wednesday and yesterday from the combination of Wednesday’s leg session and tempo run. So I am not expecting anything other than a slow easy run tomorrow. Ok, I am lying but it will be my excuse! My legs have more or less recovered when I woke up this morning – we even managed to do glutes and leg curls today. Anyhow, here is a roundup of this morning’s session:

The race date for next year’s Real Run is out! I am so so so so glad because Firefly’s promotion ends this weekend! That is going to be another RM150 return flight for me! Of course, I would need to work up the courage to put myself through the torture of trail running. Perhaps I should book Diane now!
