I am a bit tied up with work at the moment so the race review will have to be put on hold. In fact, this post will be a quick and short update of this morning’s session. Plus plus plus the ball of my right foot is hurting from the cut courtesy of either the NB Real Run (sand, pebbles making their way into my shoes and socks) or the shattered glass on the morning of the run – both are long stories which I get to in due course.

j) Technogym leg press (Michael substituted the jumping jacks with this due to the condition of my foot)
As usual, reverse abs crunches completed the routine.
