Today was the first session in 7 days. We left off on Thursday evening but it did not take too long for the muscles to remember what a hard session can be like. We started with drop sets for the back muscles before moving on to the legs.
Supersets of:
a) LF lat pull down
b) Technogym low row (this seem a tad easier compared to the lat pull down; weaker upper back muscles perhaps?)
Supersets of:
c) Technogym leg extension
d) Natilius Nitro Plus hip abduction
e) DB walking lunges
f) Natilius Nitro Plus hip adduction (tougher than the abduction which is surprising because this used to be the stronger muscle)
Supersets of:
g) Freemotion cable chest pec fly
h) Cybex forward abs crunch
