Missing Legs!

Legs workout I mean! Michael forgot about the jumping jacks this morning and we ended up with a single leg workout – lunges.

Supersets of:

a) Freemotion cable seated 2-arm lat pull down

b) Freemotion cable seated 2-arm combo of chest press and chest fly

c) Combo of DB walking lunges and overhead shoulder press

Supersets of:

d) Technogym cable and iron bar free standing back row

e) Dips

f) Bend over DB reverse lateral raise

Supersets of:

g) Technogym cable single arm tricep pressdown

h) Technogym cable single arm bicep curl

i) Cybex abs crunches
