My back muscles are screaming in agony after yesterday’s chin ups! Chin-ups and incline chest presses are the two workouts that always result in soreness in the evening of the day of the workout or the day after. Always. There is no question about it. The other workouts are a hit-and-miss. Well, there is another session with Michael tomorrow – we will see how that pans out.
In the meantime, I am trying to figure out if I have chicken pox. No kidding! There are some red spots akin to insect/mosquito bites on my chest and ribcage areas but they are not itchy. I asked Grandma about it last night and she thinks I am just “heaty” and suggested I take some of her weekend herbal concoction.
