I got my Phiten necklace from Fauzan before yesterday’s run and have not removed it since. Fingers crossed, I have so far managed to keep the side effects and adjustments at bay – Fauzan warned me that I may experience some nausea, dizziness or headaches about an hour to 3 after putting it on for the first time. 24 hours later and I feel good; in fact I think the usual impact of muscle soreness after a workout and fast run is markedly reduced.
