Monday’s Endurance and Cable Workout

I never knew that cable workouts are called endurance training until Michael mentioned it this morning! All this while, I have been calling it, well, cable workouts! Michael put me through quite a number of workouts this morning and he counted 13. Let us put them down here and see if he is right:

Supersets of:
a) Freemotion seated 2-arm lat pull down
b) Freemotion seated chest pec fly
c) Freemotion combo of lunges and back low row
d) 1-minute and 1.5-minute of cardio on the stepper

Supersets of:
e) Freemotion combo of squats and shoulder overhead press
f) DB lateral raise
g) DB bend over reverse fly
h) Jumping squats

Supersets of:
i) DB bicep hammer curl
j) Cybex tricep press down
k) Freemotion cable back pull down on iron bar
l) Push ups
m) Ab crunches

Hey, it is actually 13!
