I woke feeling the same as yesterday – akin to having the truck run over your body. The effects from Wednesday’s strength workout are still lingering. On the one hand, it meant we achieved a quality workout and on the other, we could not do too much this morning. We worked with the Freemotion cables today but the chest pec fly was a goner; the rest would be rated “acceptable”.

c) Combo of single leg static lunges and shoulder overhead press
d) Standing back low row
Supersets of:
e) Bicep curl
f) Tricep overhead extension
Supersets of:
g) Woodchop
h) Abs crunches – bend over / press down crunch machine
Perhaps we need to reshuffle the workouts so we can have a functional training day in between the strengths.
