That is right. 6. 7 if you include the abs crunches on the fit ball. That’s the number of weight routines we completed this morning. Today’s menu called for a strength training session of drop sets.
a) LF rear/delt row
b) LF lat pulldown
c) Cybex chest press
d) LF cable chest pec fly
e) LF leg press (I couldn’t believe Michael put me through the maximum weight stack)
f) Nautilus leg extension

I had to hold my legs up high on the wall mirror during the abs crunches and my abs were already hurting at the fifth rep. Thank goodness Michael limited each set to 20 reps with an additional five for the last set.
