I had my second visit over the weekend and it was the normal therapy (note to self: must try the hot stone therapy on the next visit or next). It was less “painful” this time around - probably because like Diane puts it, the first is the major detox and since the workout during the week wasn’t as strenuous. Similar to the first session, I woke up on Monday with an achy back and shoulders which aches cleared up by noon; the immense relief for the muscles were incredible. If time (and finances!) permit, will try to make this a weekly extravaganza.
