Yesterday’s workout was the first following the Putrajaya Night Marathon 2010 (PNM 2010) and it was tough with a capital “T”. Oh well, I just threw in the PNM 2010 for the h*** of it since PNM 2010 or no PNM 2010, the workout would have been same i.e. challenging and strenuous. I did a super slow and gingerly recovery run this morning – 4.58km in 26:29 minutes. This will be my warm up for tomorrow’s adiNation Training Run.
After the weekend’s activities and the workouts in the last two days, a nice sports massage would be heavenly.
