Monday's Workout - Minus Backs!

The dreaded chin-ups did not make an appearance! I am not too sure if Michael forgot or has something up his sleeves which also means I have more to fear on Wednesday!

Supersets of:
a) Smith machine chest press
b) DB decline press

Supersets of:
c) BB overhead shoulder press
d) DB chest fly

Supersets of:
e) Smith machine squats
f) DB climb lunge onto bench with a 10-second squat for the final repetition
g) Explosive jumping squats with a 1-second squat for the final repetition

Supersets of:
h) Standing DB hammer bicep curl
i) BB French press (although Michael calls it skull crusher)

j) Abs – weighted abs crunch on stability ball with feet on bench
