It was cool Tuesday morning after Monday’s overnight downpour – the perfect weather for a run. I completed just over 2 loops in Lake Gardens before heading to the gym for a session with Satish. It was slow run which gave me a lot of time to reflect and think about a whole host of things – not too sure if I was glad for the interlude. It also gave me time to look at the park and the people who populate it in the mornings (mainly retirees! ROFL!)
Over at the gym, it was back and biceps day for me. We started off with chin ups – oh why do we have to do this??? Knowing full well, I can never be able to do freestyle unassisted chin ups! – followed by lat pulldowns.
