I had 2 cookies from the jar on the dining table on Wednesday night and paid dearly for it during my Buteyko session last night. On first bite, I could taste the egg OD – on the egg wash glaze and in the cookie itself. Despite that I wolfed down another one on the presumption that I wasn’t having it directly (which hasn’t been a problem on most occasions). Rounds 2 and 3 of the Buteyko were tough – and all because of 2 measly cashew nut cookies!
