Toastbox Gripe!

Yes again! I couldn’t believe that despite my earlier complaint, they have not done a single thing to improve the efficiency at their Mid Valley outlet! Popped by after my gym workout yesterday morning hoping to have my usual peanut butter toast and guess what????!!!! The queue was at least 5-6 ahead of me and the lady in front of me commented that the staff doesn’t appear to have any sense of urgency or efficiency. I gave up after waiting 5 minutes and the queue hasn’t even budge an inch. Will lodge another complaint – perhaps I should copy the press or some food forum as well. Guess it does really takes 50 complaints before anything is done.
