1. Work nightmare continues. Last week’s gripe. And you wonder why I’m hating SW now! My exact post on her FB page. LOL! Ok, for those in the dark, my sister is currently enjoying Tanjong Jara – one of her weekend diving getaway.
2. Things at home should settle down now that Grandma has a hired help. Mel joined us last night; hopefully we can get along. This also means I’ll be having my usual dinner of noodles/soy sausage and help with the washing up of my workout gear.
3. I’ll be attending Jeff and Louisa’s wedding on Sunday. Congrats guys! Pics coming up next week.
4. I may or may not have a torture session with Mr Soon tomorrow. This will be a “play by ear” option.
5. No legs & shoulders workout this week since we cancelled Wednesday’s session. We continued with Deign workouts focusing on backs before calling it a day with abs crunches on the fitball.
