Wednesday's Workout

It was a tough workout this morning, so I am not sure how I will pull through this evening’s adiNation Training Run. The good news should be it’ll probably be an easy recovery run since most of us finished some pretty challenging races over the weekend: Kenny and Kei Ming at the Haadyai Marathon (ok, maybe excluding Kei Ming since he did the Fun Run!!!); Lai, Fong, Vin An, Fiona and myself at the Adidas Sundown in Singapore. Let us cross our fingers.

I was expecting chin-ups but it did not happen! Oh well, looks like it will be on the cards on Friday.
Supersets of:
a) Lat pull down
b) Bench press
c) DB overhead shoulder press

Supersets of:
d) Hack squat
e) Hoist forward chest press
f) Plate bend over back row

Supersets of:
g) Hoist leg extension
h) Plate lateral raise
i) Push ups
j) Toe raised on bench static lunges

We concluded the session with three sets of abs crunches.
