Instead of the usual 3 lops around Lake Gardens, we did speedwork or interval training. Finished 8 rounds of sprinting 250m. Fortunately or unfortunately the interval training was on the upslope of the last section of the loop. Though not exactly the fastest, ok, I was the last one (cut me some slack! I’m using the excuse of being the only girl!), but I did feel good after completing the 8 rounds.
